How we come together as a CLAS community
We will be future-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to sustaining excellence in the core activities of CLAS.
We will demonstrate transparent, continual, and collaborative leadership and communication.
We will be flexible, equitable, and, to the extent possible, consistent in our approaches to our challenges.
We will leverage the expertise and lessons we have learned during spring 2020, as well as during past crises like the 2008 flood.
We will acknowledge and empathize with the known and unknown stressors of our community members.
We will act with respect for the needs of, and impacts on, our broader community and the state of Iowa.
